# clsCodeList

`clsCodeList` is a simple code/description data holder nested inside `clsOutcomeManager`. It has no base class of its own and exists solely to populate the Win/Loss appeal-outcome list (`clsOutcomeManager.OrderTypeCodeList`) with paired code and description values for display in a dropdown/list control.

## Purpose
- Hold a single code/description pair representing one Win/Loss appeal-outcome option.
- Provide a lightweight, dependency-free item type for `clsOutcomeManager`'s Win/Loss code list, avoiding a full business-object round trip for what is effectively static display data.

- Namespace: `SAIF.Application.Claim.Legal` (nested within `clsOutcomeManager`)
